The space
Our Apartment is on the 3rd floor which is the top floor of the complex and can be accessed by two lifts straight from the stilt/ground floor parking.
You enter the apartment from the living area which also has the attached open and very well equipped modular kitchen with an island bar and an automatic washing machine.
The living room opens into a huge balcony where you are greeted by ample sunlight and cool sea breeze. Being the top floor the ceilings are high and slopping making the apartment spacious and airy.
On the left you enter the first bedroom which also leads up to the master bedroom. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and balconies.
The two bedrooms are connected by a common door which has been given a stained glass look.
Both bedrooms have a 30″Smart TV. Split Ac’s in all rooms.
The master bedroom also has a workstation, private balcony and a separate private entrance.
To sum it up the apartment ticks all boxes for a very comfortable, spacious place with all modern day amenities.

Other things to note
HOUSE RULES:
• STRICTLY NO SMOKING/ VAPING/ HOOKAH etc. INSIDE THE APARTMENT
We keep our apartment hygienic for all our guests and just do not allow smoking of any kind inside the apartment. Drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• SECURITY DEPOSIT
We collect a security deposit amount of Rs. 5,000 at the time of check-in. Any damages to the property, linen or missing items would have to be deducted from the security deposit amount otherwise full amount will be refunded at Check out.
• PROFILE VERIFICATION
Please verify your Airbnb profile by providing your govt. issued ID, prior to booking. Please provide accurate details about guests staying at the time of booking and in the check-in form (number of people, composition of the group) as we would not be able to give access to guests who are not part of the reservation.
• MOBILE & INTERNET COVERAGE
We have the best high-speed broadband internet connection. Please note that mobile/cellphone network in Goa in general can be erratic but inside the house its fairly good. Jio network works flawless. Will also provide you with a wi-fi dongle incase of an internet blackout.
• EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
An early check-in or late check-out can be provided, based on our availability and cleaning schedule.
• EXTRA GUESTS
This space comfortably fits 4 adults and 2 kids. Upto 6 guests can be accommodated in the apartment with extra bedding/mattress which could be made available with an extra charge of ₹1,000/- per person, per night. Please don’t sleep on the coach without a layer of linen on it. Ask the caretaker to help you with it. Unregistered guests are not allowed after 9pm.
• HOUSEKEEPING
Our caretaker handles everything for you. He’ll clean the apartment and dishes at 11:00 am every day ( or at a time as per your convenience) but not after 5pm.
Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request or after every 3 nights.
For your comfort we provide very hi-end 5 star quality linen so would request you not to stain it. If the stains are non-removable, the guest will be charged for the new linen/ towel, at actuals.
We would also request you not to ask the caretaker to wash and handle your clothes or personal belongings.
We will not be responsible for any extra work (other than the scope of work mentioned above) or damage or loss of your personal belongings during your stay.
• NO LOUD MUSIC AFTER 10PM
You’ll be staying in a residential area so please respect the privacy of our neighbours.
• TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS
Airport pick-ups/drops, taxi services by the trip or by the day and self-driven car rentals can all be organised at an over and above cost. Contact details of the service provider can be provided to you after your booking is confirmed. Please whett the deal directly. We will not be responsible for this arrangement.
