About the Property

The apartment is at the end of a clean and peaceful lane in the otherwise hustling party beach area of North Goa.

Our apartment fills all its rooms with natural ambient light and cool sea winds that open up into a refreshing green expanse. The moment you enter the home it will remind you once again of being in a lush place like Goa.

The large living room and the a bedroom with attached bathroom completes the aura of being at home-away from home. A private and large sit out space for those morning breakfast tea or the clear sky evening drinks will only add to your amazing experience at our home. If you wish to cook, the fully equipped kitchen is ready to serve you the delicacies of your choice.

The apartment is good for a couple with 2 children (0-12yrs). Extra floor mattress can also be provided at an additional charge of 1000/night.

The most famous Tito’s lane at Baga beach is at 500 meters from the house. Many popular bars, restaurants and shacks are within 5-10 mins.

Just take the path next to the security guard room, 2-3 mins walk to the bustling Baga Beach road market which has shops, restaurants, bars. You can also get food deliveries from any of the best restaurants in Goa in only 10-15 mins through any of the delivery apps.

Calangute and Baga Beaches is less than 1 km away.

Groceries can be home delivered through Swiggy Instamart.

HOUSE RULES:

• STRICTLY NO SMOKING/ VAPING/ HOOKAH etc. INSIDE THE APARTMENT
We keep our apartment hygienic for all our guests and just do not allow smoking of any kind inside the apartment. Drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises. Smoking is allowed in open spaces like Balcony, Patio, etc

• SECURITY DEPOSIT
We collect a security deposit amount of 3,000 at the time of check-in. Any damages to the property or missing items would have to be deducted from the security deposit amount otherwise full amount will be refunded at Check out. Incase the damage is higher, a claim will be filed with Airbnb to reimburse the loss.

• PROFILE VERIFICATION
Please verify your Airbnb profile by providing your govt. issued ID, prior to booking. Please provide accurate details about guests staying at the time of booking and in the check-in form (number of people, composition of the group) as we would not be able to give access to guests who are not part of the reservation. Please also note the your ID’s are also checked by the security at the time of check-in. Unregistered guests are not allowed after 9pm.

• MOBILE & INTERNET COVERAGE
We have the best high-speed broadband internet connection. Please note that mobile/cellphone network in Goa in general can be erratic but inside the house its fairly good. Jio network works flawless. We will also provide a portable high speed wi-fi dongle incase of an internet outage.

• EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
An early check-in or late check-out can be provided, based on our availability and cleaning schedule.

• HOUSEKEEPING
Our caretaker handles everything for you. He’ll clean the apartment and dishes at a time of your convenience ( between 10am-5pm), once a day. Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request or with a maximum of after every 3 nights. Extra mattress with bedding can be arranged at an extra charge of Rs 1,500/ night.

• NO LOUD MUSIC AFTER 9PM
You’ll be staying in a residential area so please respect the privacy of our neighbours.

• TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS
Airport pick-ups/drops, taxi services by the trip or by the day and self-driven car rentals can all be organised at an over and above cost. Contact details of the service provider can be provided to you after your booking is confirmed. Please whett the deal directly. We will not be responsible for this arrangement.
